Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support HR team with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
- Provide a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
